A case related to the patent for a camera module
A camera module is designed to prevent hand tremors when it uses cameras that are installed on mobile phones and others. P filed an invalidation trial against S company, a domestic leading manufacturer of electrical components, arguing that S company’s patent for a camera module is invalid. AIP represented S company and, after a thorough analysis of invalidation-related materials provided by P, maintained the patent by amending claims so that the patent can be differentiated from the prior art.
