R company, the patent holder, filed provisional injunction against S company, a leading domestic construction company, claiming that the door frame of the apartment, which were under construction by S company violated the utility model of R company. AIP, which represented S company, claimed that R company’s request for provisional injunction was inappropriate and filed a trial for invalidation of R company’s patent.

AIP successfully searched prior art to prove that R company's utility model had no inventive step and invalidated R company’s utility model. Due to the invalidity of the utility model, the provisional injunction case was also dismissed.
